It’s been a week since we lost Lucy but I wanted to thank Mark at Northeast Pennsylvania Pet Cremation Services, Inc. for everything he did. Lucy passed away at home and I didn’t want her to have to sit at the Vet’s office until the service they use could pick her up. I’ve never heard of a service that would pick up your furbaby from your home. Mark sent someone right down to get her and he personally brought her back to me himself on Monday morning. The Urn is beautiful and the Paw Print made me cry as soon as I saw it. I know we don’t usually think about this until the time comes, just do me a favor and remember their name, you won’t be disappointed.

Our cat Katamaran passed away last week and I had her cremated. I am so happy that I thought of Mark M. James to take care of her instead of some stranger. He did a quick and beautiful job of my girl. I have since thought that I need to make sure my mortician knows that Mark is my choice for all my cremation needs. I had just assumed that the local crematorium would be used by local businesses but that is not true. Since Lady Jane went too heaven this morning I called the vet so I could take her in to be cremated .....Answering service he'll call you back ....3 other vets including the pocono emergency vet who referred me to a vet in Allentown who would be open.....so I remembered seeing a sign on rt 191 on my way too work for NEPA Pet Cremation Services. ..I can't tell you how relieved I was that someone picked up the phone and said yes I can help you even thought it a holiday ...they were wonderful !!!!! They handled lady Jane with TLC and provided us with a private cremation so we get only Lady's ashes back .....if anyone needs services for their beloved pets I highly recommend them ...Thank you so much to NEPA Pet Cremation Services for providing us with a Gentle Caring Service at such a rough time.
